Did you know there are as many as 45 trains in India having vistadome Coaches? These coaches are strategically added based on the natural scenic beauty on the routes which otherwise are not visible.
I was longing for the most iconic train journeys of the time. The newest baby in the Indian railways is the desirable visatadome coaches in various regions. Being in South India, the Western Ghats is the most beautiful section for its natural landscapes and terrain. It looks even more beautiful during the monsoons.
I had a chance to travel in Mangalore – Yeswantpur train in a vistadome coach. I travelled from Mangalore to Sakleshpur, as most of the ghat section and mountains like Kumara Parvatha can be admired on this route.
Even though most people have travelled in the Vistadome coach, some still have to experience it. They still have some doubts and questions, answers to which they are looking for.
